Best little ice cream shop in the DFW! Positive vibes and good music. Watching the ice cream being made by artists is an experience in itself, and the desserts are so delicious.

Staff were super friendly and patient, as it was my first time here with my boyfriend, we LOVED how they make it from pure cream right in front of you and everything just seemed very fresh. I really like the idea of "ice cream rolls" and I recommend coming here because it's a friendly, relaxed environment with games and a lounge-couch area to eat ice cream and leave your little mark on their "post-it wall"

I have driven pass this place so many times and wondered what it was. My husband and I went to try this place out and we were not disappointed. The prices are fair and they even have discount day specials. The price for them range from $4.99 to $5.99. There are many toppings and a great variety to choose from. The lady was friendly and offered suggestions to us and then made our ice cream on a slab of cold metal and rolled our ice cream into cups...it was so much fun to watch. My only complaint is that the KitKat they put in my ice cream was stale and not edible.

The ice cream is good, and we've gone a few times. The variety of roll flavors isn't tremendous, so you have to be in the mood for what they do have on the menu. What keeps us from going back more often is simply the traffic. There have been a few times when the parking lot is so full that the parking becomes a bigger pain than the ice is a treat. If you're interested, go on a low volume day and try it out.

Really fun experience, great customer service. Will definitely go back! ??

The man here is very nice and super patient. It's a nice quick place to stop by if you simply are in the mood for rolls! Would defitnetly be coming back.

New Asian/Thai rolled icecream place just opened two weeks ago in Carrollton, TX at the corner of Josey and Keller springs next to Quiznos in the Albertsons shopping center! They offer many flavors of icecream and toppings and sauces to satisfy your sweet tooth! The staff is friendly and fast! Watch them roll your ice cream fresh before your eyes! Fun to watch! They even have lychee and ferrero rocher chocolate to top your icecream! They have step by step order instructions! I can't wait to try all the flavors! I ordered taro with lychee mixin, almonds, ferrero rocher, and bananas topped with all the sauces (chocolate, caramel, butterscotch, & strawberry)! All good! Pretty tasty! I love all these new dessert places opening around Carrollton offering a taste of Asia! Can't wait to come back!

Stopped by here as we had turned right onto Josey and I just happened to look right and saw ice cream roll. I like stores that call it like it is so I'm not wondering what the heck they sell. We rolled up (hehehe) and no one was inside. The cashier greeted us, answered all my random questions and started making it right away. For those of you new to this, there are street stands in Thailand that do this and it's more entertaining than anything else. It's kind of a different version of Cold Stone Creamery, where they mix in in toppings, but the product comes out different because after they flatten it out, then use a putty knife type tool to roll it up. Who thought just changing one little thing like that would result in an entirely new business. It's $6 to create your own, it comes in one size, and if you're indecisive, they have six recommendations. The store is clean with about 7 four-seater tables and some high tops. They provide water and cups and some sauces if you didn't get enough. The ice cream was good, it's was surprisingly hard in consistency - I guess rolling it compacts the ice cream and makes it denser. Didn't melt quickly at all, which is a good thing if you like your ice cream on the harder side. The one thing I didn't like was that they didn't chop up the toppings. We got almonds and Ferrero chocolate and the almonds were whole and they just unwrapped the Ferrero and put it on top. For those of you who like pictures, just know that if you get toppings, it covers up the neat little rolls! Fun for kids and adults to watch them doing it. This place has only been open about a month but I'm sure they'll do well come warmer weather!

Ice cream wasn't as good, I would try chill360, the place was nice and clean, very creative with post it notes.

I stopped by this place after dinner with a friend to get our ice cream fix. The place was still new and in the middle of a shopping center.

The people were friendly and helpful. We decided to make our own ice cream, but there were some pre-made options available.

The ice cream came out quickly and it was pretty good. The prices were a little cheaper than the other places I have been to, which was nice. The ice cream wasn't too sweet, but very dense. There were plenty of options on the toppings.

There were also plenty of games to play and there was a table with extra syrup if you want your ice cream to be a little more sweet.

Overall, this place is nice. It's definitely worth trying out once.

Torn between a 3 or a 4 star because I think a lot of people will like this, but this wasn't necessarily my favorite. We got the #6 combo which actually has great flavor combos, crunchy sweet and texture all at the same time. It came w carmel, whip cream, marsh mellows, pretzels and chocolate ice cream. My first time having the rolled ice cream.

So my main negative is the rolled ice cream itself, might be too cold / texture is kind of different. I guess I like the traditional style ice cream and gelato. Disclaimer - I'm not a huge dip and dots guy either, so maybe I just don't like the future of ice cream ha.

The portion is pretty big and enough for 2 people to share. $6.48 so pretty good value.

Very tasty and the staff was helpful on flavor recommendations for the build your own.

Great pricing and wonderful place to take kids for entertainment! Tons of ice cream per order! Everything is made fresh and tastes great!

This ice cream place was very nice. Went out of curiosity, because they roll their ice cream. It's $5.99 for a cup, which includes the ice cream, a mix in for the ice cream (if you want), up to 3 toppings and a sauce.

Once you order your ice cream, they will begin to roll it, which you can watch behind the glass. Then they add all of the toppings.

I got the green tea ice cream (4/5) no mix in. It was nice on its own, not too sweet. For my toppings I had strawberries, bananas and almonds. The strawberries were sweet and tart. And the bananas were very nice, not mushy. The only issue I had was the over filling of the cup, when I began to eat it I was getting almonds all over the table.

It is a nice place to go for a food cup of ice cream.

With the whole thai rolled ice cream craze, I just had to experience this for myself. I came here and was intrigued with creating my own ice cream. Decided to try something new and chose the taro base ice cream with popping boba, pocky and sprinkles as my toppings. It was really cool seeing how it was made and the ice cream came out really good. I loved the different varieties of toppings you can choose from and I can definitively say I like taro. Who knew! Definitely recommend coming out here!

This is a pretty interesting ice cream shop, from the hip sticking note on the wall design to how they make their ice cream.

These ice cream rolls are a fad for a reason and it can be explained through a little bit of science. Sure it looks cute to eat ice cream in little rolls with things mixed in. Part of the fun is even the showmanship of watching the guy paint the ice cream base into a thin sheet and then curling them up. But the beauty of this style of ice cream is in the flash freezing.

Nerding out for a moment, how smooth your ice cream is, is based on how fast you can get it to freeze. The faster it freezes, smaller the ice crystals, less grainy the mouthfeel. Here, I'm assuming the plate is at 7F, so its more or less flash freeze, instant make ice cream so you know its going to have an amazing texture.

Flavors are pretty good - I don't recommend picking too many sweet things at once, otherwise it can get too cloying. I like the green tea ice cream with kiwi add in, with a milano, some truffles and some red beans on top, no sauce. Just enough crunch/textural contrast to change things up.

Not sure how people finish the whole cup as you'll be buzzing around like a hyper kid afterwards but if ice cream is your thing, you need to try this place out.

They have a really big variety of flavors and combinations you can choose from and there are multiple rolling areas so if it does get busy you don't really have to wait long for yours. We enjoyed our ice cream. They allow up to a certain amount of tips without charging. And I'm sorry but I can't remember the exact price of the ice cream. But inside they have board games and post it's that you can write on and basically put it on anywhere in the store.

    Excellent!
The ice cream rolls fill the cup so you have to nibble down the toppings.
Extra squeeze bottles of the different syrups are self-serve by the napkins and spoons, so you can refresh halfway through.
#3 replaced peanut butter mix for pineapple ... next time I'll also replace the almonds.
Lots of toppings ... even truffettes and ferrero (rochet) and boba!

The customer service is awesome. The girl who took my order helped me out because it was my first time. She walked me through the process of creating my ice cream and helped me not make something totally gross and ridiculous. Super happy!

  • *****

Not only do you get to customize your ice cream with tons of toppings, but you get to see a wonderful show, as they make your ice cream rolls.
    I love this place!

Ok this was my first time here and I gotta say I loved it! Never had ice cream like this. Was not disappointed. I had the vanilla with banana. Oreo, whipped cream and PB wafer with chocolate sauce. It was fantastic! The kids loved theirs too! Well priced too. Definitely coming back!

Absolutely delicious! When I came in I came in with a group of about 15 not to mention the other customers that were also there. The guy was by himself and did amazing.

  • *****

Really good. Flavors are great and such a big variety! And they have specials. We really like them.

  • *****

Green tea ice cream: (3/5) was okay. The toppings was what made it better. Had almonds, whipped cream and caramel.

Vanilla ice cream: (5/5)Absolutely delicious. Got strawberries, banana, sprinkles as toppings.

Vanilla ice cream with strawberry mix in: (4/5) I liked the plain vanilla better. Got peaches and lychee toppings. Lychee had a strong flavor.

Also it was really cool watching them make it. I loved seeing the sticky notes on the wall but some customers put inappropriate material on the sticky notes .

Excellent service, and great ice cream. Very quiet environment with Mancala, decks of cards and Jenga to play around with. Lots of choices for your base, mix-in, toppings and sauce! At the end of your visit, you can doodle on a sticky note and stick it to the walls to leave your mark!

  • *****

This place was really good! Plus it was awesome to see them roll the ice cream out! It was less then $15 for two large cups full of ice cream plus lots of toppings

  • *****

Great experience. Staff is friendly, fun, and engaging. They explain how their process works, and made it easy with our first time. Offered us their specials etc. The final result? Look at my picture I took. It came out looking EXACTLY like it did on their menu, but better. Great quality ice cream. They make it from the batter right in front of your face. 10/10 would recommend and will come again soon! Thanks!

I had never tried ice cream rolls until coming to 7 degrees, and now I'm a huge fan. It's easy to build your cup of ice cream, and if you're indecisive like me, they have a list of favorites to choose from. This place is great if you like your ice cream with a bit of "chew" to it.

What I have pictured is vanilla ice cream with peanut butter mixed in, and bananas, almonds, and whipped cream for the topping with chocolate sauce. It was absolutely delicious.

Really laid back place. Fast service and figurines to sit and paint while enjoying your ice cream
